Our team will contact you to facilitate a free video or face-to-face initial consultation directly with our senior consultant plastic surgeon.Video consultation is designed to understand your request and also to gather information from you to ensure that it is safe for you to undergo this procedure ( from past medical history point of view) . We also write a letter to your GP as it is a good medical practice in accordance with the guidelines from General Medical Council. Our team will communicate with you for organising either a virtual video consultation or a face-to-face consultation. We are based at the city centre in Watford (North London ).

Our senior Consultant Plastic Surgeon endeavours to use a PowerPoint presentation on this subject to explain the various stages of consultations, counselling and discussion about your requested procedure. Our patients have given a very positive feedback about our consultation process. Once the consultation is completed with our senior Consultant Plastic Surgeon then administrative team will send you a procedure fee. You will have an opportunity to reflect on the discussion by going through the comprehensive information pack supplied and clarify any other administrative or clinical queries you may have. Then , you will make an informed decision about proceeding towards getting the operation done if it is indicated and advised by our senior Consultant Plastic Surgeon

You will communicate with our administrative team at the MACS Clinic for booking the operation. You will be requested to pay £500 if booking charges.

Our administrative team will send you our customary contract, pre-assessment questionnaire, if they were not filled at the time of your initial consultation , your photo ID and consent form.

We may also take assistance from other specialists to support you if indicated for e.g. Gynaecologist, other Consultant Plastic Surgeons or a clinical psychologist in order to provide you an additional support.
